Luvrioc

This is a concept I've been trying to nail down for a while. Luvrioc are creatures native to a world of spatial extremes: the earth is covered in immense forests/jungle, wide rock spires rise miles high, and the skies are dominated by enormous cumulus clouds and deadly windstorms. The concept is for a video game idea I've had for a while called Supercell, which in essence is the name of clouds that create tornadoes.

If I wasn't going to pursue a career in art, I would probably be a meteorologist. I'm just in love with the sky and everything in it--especially clouds. So this game idea would mainly show off their splendor (which would be darn hard to render [hee hee! Rhyme...]).

Most of the gameplay would be done from the cockpit of a mechrioc, or mechanized version of these creatures--whose organic fluidity and flexible wings allow them to deftly traverse the skies. I'm no good at drawing mechanical things, however, so I decided to just do the creature and not the machine. ^^'
