Starhawk Sketch Compilation

More stuff that I sketched a while ago during Finals. I had been talking to a good friend about various stories floating around in my head (goodness, you haven't seen half of them...), and as usual when I'm stressed, my art muse took its promptings from my capricious brain.

These characters are particularly dear to me, because they were actually going to be the subjects of my first attempt at a webcomic before Chronicles of a Villainess came along. It was a sci-fi, space opera style story (still in development, if not actively) that I really would love to explore more, but I just can't get away from my love of the fantasy genre that CoaV offered--not to mention the storyline in CoaV is so much more developed. I'm just not familiar enough with the sci-fi scene at the moment to reach that kind of audience. :/ But this batch of sketches was my way of assuring the sisters Starhawk that yes, I still love them dearly, even if I don't think about them very often.

Anyway, I do have more pictures of them in my gallery somewhere, but as a quick reminder: They are Aeris and Lyani Starhawk, sisters (Lyani is adopted, but that never comes between them), a mercenary duo who get themselves into various crazy shenanigans with Aeris's strict, military and political past and Lyani's potentially devastating future.
